My friends, if we are to remake BLOOD 1 for TRANSFUSION, we must redo the cutscenes as well.
From my perspective, BLOOD 1's cutscenes appear less polished than DUKE NUKEM 3D's, barely resembles the art direction of the in-game world, and looks like a WALLACE AND GROMITT depiction of BLOOD's world. Once TRANSFUSION is completed, I think the BLOOD 1 cutscenes should be remade to better reflect the game's full texture and art design, as well as that of the story. For example, the original intro to TENCHU: STEALTH ASSASSINS, which was done in black and white, was remade by fans (so I was told) into something that better reflected the game's content.

See the difference? Now, it would be awesome if we could get someone who could animate cutscenes at a professional level. This game's intro cutscene's quality is such an example:

Either that, or we should aim for STARCRAFT 2's cutscene quality.

We could use blender and the 3D models used in game. From there we could remaster and sync the audio to the 3D videos. The blender foundation is quite skilled at making movies using Blender.

Does blender do cinema quality rendering of motion, etc?
