For one thing, make sure that your copy of WinXP is up to date.

my suggestion is get an old computer with DOS and use that instead of crappy XP

Are you just hitting the NOLFB.exe? It has to be in a VDMS shortcut...

You may also run NOLFB.exe from the command prompt (MS-DOS? Not in XP! ) and before closing that command prompt window, NOLFB will remain active, so you may then run Blood without certain gheyness.
